 Flexcel
II
Flexible Polyurethane Coating System
Flexcel II is a high-build, solvent-free, 100% solids elastomeric
polyurethane coating. It is supplied in a two component, 1:1 ratio
format with balanced viscosities. It offers outstanding resistance
to impact, abrasion and corrosion.
Flexcel II has many
key attributes including cold temperature cure, non flammability,
zero VOCs, worker safety and environmental protection, This product
cures to a moderately hard, exceptionally tough rubber-like membrane
that adheres tenaciously to the surface of the structure. Flexcel II
is resistant to many strong chemicals and some aggressive solvents.

Potable water tanks
• Pulp and paper mills
• Process chutes |
Application
Summary:
Flexcel II can be spray applied at any ambient
temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

Flexcel II (AM) is a modified version of
Flexcel II that offers protection against bacterial attack. The
EPA Registered Anti-Microbial Agent in Flexcel II (AM) provides
for extended service life in sewer environments. |
