EC 120
Polyurethane-Epoxy Hybrid Coating
EC 120 is a 2:1
mixing ratio, two-component, high-gloss, slow-setting, 100% solids
(no VOC), Bisphenol A-type epoxy-polyurethane hybrid coating for all
types of applications.
EC 120 will
provide a pinhole-free monolithic barrier which completely protects
the structure. EC 120 can also be used as a rendering material for
concrete substrates to reduce pinholing of top coatings. The finished
product is enamel-like in appearance and offers excellent resistance
to corrosion, abrasion and cathodic disbondment.

Application Summary:
EC 120 is a two component system with a 2:1 mix
ratio by volume. All components should be between 21°C and 32°C prior to mixing. Mix "A" and "B" components together prior to
brushing or spraying onto structure. A ten mil build is usually
obtainable with one coat. However, should a second coat be
needed, it must be applied within the recoat window. This
product may not cure properly in temperatures below 10°C.
