Ultra High Design Life Pipeline System

CorroPipe 3000 is a premium performance two-component polyurethane coating designed for applications where the highest possible performance and maximum designed life are needed.

CorroPipe 3000 has many outstanding performance properties, including extremely low water permeability and water absorption, excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment and the highest wet adhesion we’ve ever achieved. Simply put, CorroPipe 3000 is Madison’s ‘Best-in-Class’ pipeline coating. It is used primarily for external applications; however it also serves as an excellent lining.

These outstanding features allow us to provide you with these unprecedented benefits:

	A 100 year design life for the most demanding applications
	An insurance-backed 50 year external warranty, and a 20 year interior warranty - both firsts in the pipe industry

Typical Applications:

	Rock-shield for slip bore and direction drill
	Overcoat for fusion-bonded epoxy
	Rehabilitation coating for over the ditch applications
	Lining for abrasive slurries and corrosive effluents

Application Summary:
CorroPipe3000 can be spray applied at any ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations. Two set times are available, one and five minute versions.
