 CorroPipe
II UltraLiner
High-Performance Pipe Lining System
CorroPipe II UltraLiner is a zero-VOC, plural-component,
instant-setting, 100%-solids polyurethane coating system. It is
formulated to protect pipelines from abrasion resistance and low
co-efficient of friction (for higher output).
CorroPipe II
UltraLiner cures to form a tough, durable, non-leaching polyurethane
plastic that offers superior temperature and chemical resistance.

Application
Summary:
CorroPipe II UltraLiner can be spray applied at any
ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

CorroPipe II UltraLiner (CM) is a
ceramic-modified version of CorroPipe UltraLiner that offers
excellent abrasion resistance and is ideal for highly abrasive
or high flow applications.
CorroPipe II UltraLiner (AM) is an anti-microbial version
of CorroPipe II UltraLiner that offers protection again
bacterial attack. Although the standard formulation is not
susceptible to bacteria attack, the EPA registered
anti-microbial agent in CorroPipe II UltraLiner (AM) provides
for extended service life in wastewater applications. |
