II TX-15
General-Purpose Pipeline Coating
CorroPipe II TX-15
is a tried and true polyurethane technology for the protection of
steel, ductile iron and concrete pipe and all their fittings against
corrosion and abrasion. It is a fast-set, 1:1 ratio, two-component
product that cures at virtually any ambient temperature.
CorroPipe II TX-15
is a solvent-free,
non-flammable, 100% solids coating that sets to form a hard, yet
resilient coating that is ideal for immersion service in aqueous
environments.

Application Summary:
CorroPipe II TX-15 can be spray applied at any
ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

CorroPipe II TX-15
(CM) is a ceramic-modified version of CorroPipe II TX-15
that offers high abrasion resistance for slip bore, directional
drilling, direct jack applications or high flow applications.
CorroPipe II TX-15 (AM) is a modified version of
CorroPipe II Omni that contains an EPA-registered anti-microbial
agent. Although the standard formulation is not susceptible to
bacterial attack, CorroPipe II TX-15 (AM) provides extended
service life in sewer environments. |
