CorroPipe II Omni
is an all-purpose coating for the protection of steel, ductile iron
and concrete pipe and all of their fittings against corrosion and
abrasion. This product uses no hydrotar and can be offered in a
variety of colours. It is a 1:1 ratio and cures to form a hard, but
flexible coating.
CorroPipe II Omni
is a holiday-free layer of resilient, non-toxic polyurethane that
contains no tar extenders, styrenes, amines or isocyanate monomers
and is non-flammable. It ahs excellent resistance to cathodic
disbondment, impact and soil stress and can bridge small cracks in
concrete pipe. It is a low-VOC coating that will not shrink during
the curing process.

Application Summary:
CorroPipe II Omni can be spray applied at any
ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

Alternate Products:
CorroPipe II Omni (CM) is a ceramic-modified
version of CorroPipe II Omni that offers high abrasion
resistance for slip bore, directional drilling, direct jack
applications or high flow applications.
CorroPipe II Omni (AM) is a modified version of CorroPipe
II Omni that contains an EPA-registered anti-microbial agent.
Although the standard formulation is not susceptible to
bacterial attack, CorroPipe II Omni (AM) provides extended
service life in sewer environments. |
