 CorroCote
Plus
High-Performance Polyurethane Coating/Lining System
CorroCote Plus
is a high-performance protective coating with unique handling and
performance characteristics. It is a two-component, 1:1 ratio
product that can be applied in one coat, without a primer, to an
unlimited film build. It comes with setting times ranging from 1-30
minutes, and a choice of high-build or low-viscosity versions.
CorroCote Plus
cures at sub-freezing temperatures and is highly resistant to
corrosion, abrasion, immersion, water-borne chemicals, and cathodic
disbondment. It contains no solvent, tar, styrenes or isocyanate
monomers, is non-flammable and totally inert when cured. It is
environmentally friendly and safe to use.

• Above- and below-ground storage tanks
• Oil/water separators
• Wastewater structures and concrete applications |
Application
Summary:
CorroCote Plus can be spray applied at any ambient
temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

Alternate Products:
CorroCote Plus (CM)
is a ceramic-modified version of CorroCote Plus that offers
excellent abrasion resistance and is ideal for highly abrasive
or high flow applications.
CorroCote Plus (AM) is an anti-microbial version of
CorroCote Plus that offers protection again bacterial attack.
Although the standard formulation is not susceptible to bacteria
attack, the EPA registered anti-microbial agent in CorroCote
Plus (AM) provides for extended service life in wastewater
applications. |
