 CorroPipe
2000
High-Performance External Pipeline System
CorroPipe2000 is a two-component polyurethane coating, designed for
use as a rock shield for slip bore and directional drill
applications.
CorroPipe 2000
has many performance characteristics including: resiliency,
bendability and resistance to cathodic disbondment. Two setting
times are also available – a one-minute version and a five-minute
version.
Typical Applications:
• Overcoat for fusion-bonded
epoxy
• Direct-to-metal corrosion protection
• Rehabilitation coating for over-the-ditch applications |
Application Summary:
CorroPipe2000 can be spray applied at any ambient
temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired
thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves
productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this
coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.
