Business Development Manager
The successful applicant in the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
MANAGER will work hand-in-glove with sales and marketing team in
a leadership role. The mandate will be to create sales by
strengthening our presence in the markets we now serve and
helping us penetrate new ones. The ideal candidate will possess
or be working towards attaining their MBA with a degree in
chemistry or engineering, together with a minimum of 5 years of
progressive experience in single-handedly growing sales,
bringing in new customers and penetrating new markets in an
industrial environment, ideally the high performance coatings
industry. Knowledge of SPIN selling techniques and the Stage
Gate Process of new market development would be definite assets.
In order to be successful in this position you will be a driven
overachiever, competitive, technically oriented, hands-on, self
directed, strategic, skilful at planning and organizing,
innovative, practical, goal oriented and a people person with an
impressive track record.
