MG Epoxy Series

Over the years, Madison has developed a varied family of epoxy-polyurethane hybrid coatings that have been adopted for various applications in all of the Infrastructural markets we serve: pipelines, tanks, municipal structures, energy generation and transmission and so on. They are also used widely by customers of Madison’s “Mission Critical Maintenance” Division, also referred to as our GemThane Division.

Each of these products is solvent-free. They are self-priming and achieve extremely high adhesion values without the need for a primer. Having said that, they are compatible with a variety of primers where the occasion requires, for example over top of one of Madison’s aluminized primers or zinc rich primers. Each is in a Mix-and-Apply format and can be applied without the need for elaborate application equipment. The final choice in any particular situation depends on desired physical properties and whether the product is being used on its own or topcoated with another Madison product.

The finished product in each case has a hard, glossy and impervious surface. They can be purchased in clear or a limited number of colors
