MariThane II PW Ultra
High Performance Potable Water Immersion Coating
MariThane II PW Ultra is a two-component, 100% solids, polyurethane protective lining for use in immersion applications. Approved under NSF 61 for potable water, this totally safe and non-toxic product is primarily used in applications where water purity is critical, for example in aquaria, in marine storage holds and in drinking water tanks.
MariThane II PW Ultra is exceptionally tough and durable. It has extremely high adhesion and impact resistance, combined with very low permeability and water absorption. It protects the lined structure from physical and chemical attack. This product lowers overall costs by reducing the application time and increasing throughput, while providing an extended service life.

Available Variations
MariThane II PW Ultra (AM) is a modified version of MariThane II PW Ultra that contains MicroSpear, an EPA-registered anti-microbial agent. Complementing the natural resistance of the coating to bacterial attack, MariThane II PW Ultra (AM) helps to prevent microbial colonization in potable water applications.
MariThane II PW Ultra (CM) is contains Nano-Shield, an additive consisting of microscopic spheres of real ceramic that enhance the abrasion and impact resistance of the finished product without detracting from other physical Properties.
AM and CM additives can be specified together in your special version of MariThane II PW Ultra where service conditions require. Both are suitable for potable water use.
