High-Performance Coating for Steel Pilings
PilingPro is a fast-setting, plural component (1:1 format) polyurethane barrier coating for steel pilings of all kinds. It offers superior adhesion, resiliency, impermeability, excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment and extreme toughness. It reduces long term applied costs by reducing labor, improving productivity, increasing throughput and providing long-term corrosion protection.
PilingPro will outlast traditional coatings like coal tar epoxy by at least two-to-one. It is the only product on the market specifically formulated for protecting steel pilings for use in fresh and salt water applications.
New: Piling Pro now contains two advanced Madison additives. One is AP-50 Adhesion Promoter, which ensures optimum adhesion, not just initially but over years of immersion and waterline service. The other is Madison NanoShield, a form of ceramic nano-spheres that are invisible in the coating but significantly enhance impact resistance and abrasion resistance.
