Ultra High-Performance Pipe Coating and Lining System

Just as CorroPipe II PW Ultra is the ultimate lining for potable water applications, CorroPipe 3000 is the ultimate product for all other pipe coating and lining applications. There simply is not a better product on the market. The format is familiar; CorroPipe 3000 is a zero-VOC, plural-component, instant-setting, 100%-solids polyurethane coating system. Upon application, it cures within minutes at virtually any ambient temperature to form a rigid yet resilient coating that will give decades of service under a wide variety of service conditions.

For pipe interiors, CorroPipe 3000 provides unparalleled abrasion resistance, even at elevated temperatures and is resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, acids, alkali and solvents. On pipe exteriors, this super-tough coating is ideal for slip-bore and directional drill applications and is highly resistant to damage during backfilling of the pipe. It is totally unaffected by movement or shifting of the pipe or the surrounding soil throughout the service life. Design life is 50 years on pipe interiors and 100 years on exteriors. Unique performance characteristics include: low water absorption, low permeability, high adhesion (both initial and during long term immersion), high impact and abrasion resistance, unequalled resistance to undercutting (Cathodic Disbondment). Madison’s proprietary AP-50 Adhesion Promoter is a standard ingredient in this superior product.

Application Summary

CorroPipe 3000 can be spray applied at any ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.

Available Variations

CorroPipe 3000 (AM) is a modified version of this product that contains MicroSpear, an EPA-registered anti-microbial agent. While the coating itself is naturally resistant to bacterial attack, MicroSpear resists the growth of microbial colonization on the surface of the coating (a health concern in many applications) and minimizes the risk of MIC (Microbially Induced Corrosion).

CorroPipe II 3000 (CM) is a version of this product containing NanoShield, an additive consisting of microscopic spheres of real ceramic that enhance abrasion and impact resistance; ideal for slip bore, directional drilling, direct jack applications or high flow applications.
