High-Performance Polyurethane Coating/Lining for Aggressive Environments
This highly cross-linked structural (rigid) polyurethane is specifically formulated for harsh environments where maximum design life expectancy is required. Fortified with the latest resin technology anywhere, this is our most chemical-resistant plural component polyurethane. CorroCote II Ultra also contains AP-50 Adhesion Promoter for world-class adhesion values, routinely in excess of 3,000 psi.
CorroCote II Ultra is a zero-VOC, plural-component, instant-setting, 100%-solids polyurethane coating system. It cures to form a tough, durable, non-leaching polyurethane plastic that offers superior temperature and chemical resistance.

Application Summary
CorroCote II Ultra can be spray applied at any ambient temperature, in a single multi-pass coat, to any desired thickness. This fast and trouble-free application improves productivity and increases throughput. Having zero VOC's, this coating is also excellent for areas with strict regulations.
Available Variations
CorroCote II Ultra (AM) is a modified version of this product that contains MicroSpear, an EPA-registered anti-microbial agent. While the coating itself is naturally resistant to bacterial attack, MicroSpear resists the growth of mould and mildew on the surface of the coating (a health concern in many applications) and minimizes the risk of MIC (Microbially Induced Corrosion).
CorroCote II Ultra (CM) is a version of this product containing NanoShield, an additive consisting of microscopic spheres of real ceramic that enhance the abrasion and impact resistance of the finished product without detracting from other physical properties.
CorroCote II Ultra can be ordered with both AM and CM, if so desired.
