CorroCote II PW Ultra

High Performance Polyurethane Water Storage System Lining

A 100% solids, instant-setting, plural component rigid polyurethane specifically formulated for potable water use under the harshest service conditions, and for the longest service life. CorroPipe II PW Ultra cures to form a tough, durable, resilient monolithic film that will not impart any taste to the contents of the pipe.

Introduced in 2008, this next generation product features industry-leading performance characteristics. In terms of both initial adhesion and adhesion retention over time, there is no equal. Very low water absorption and perm ratings are other notable features. Resistance to undercutting exceeds all other products on the market and impact resistance is double that normally expected from rigid polyurethanes.

This product contains MicroSpear permanent anti-microbial additive and AP-50 Adhesion Promoter as standard ingredients. CorroPipe II PW Ultra has application characteristics identical to Madison’s original CorroPipe PW, which has been in regular use since the 1980’s.
