GemThane Liquid Rubber is a self-curing, paint-like liquid with high resin content (low solvent). When applied by brush, roller or airless industrial sprayer, the product cures to an elastomeric, rubber-like film that exhibits superior elongation, flexibility and impact resistance. Liquid Rubber will cure down to as low as 15ºF (-10ºC).

This product can be used on wood, concrete or metal and is especially suitable for substrates where movement and flexing may occur or where hairline cracks may appear. This product is also well suited to applications requiring a rubbery film exhibiting industrial-strength impact and abrasion resistance.

Liquid Rubber is solvent dispersible and should not be used in confined or poorly ventilated areas. A mastic grade having a gel consistency is also available. Black, grey, and off-white are standard colors. Custom color matching is available.
