GemThane 'S' is a Single-Component-Plus-Catalyst aromatic polyurethane coating that is very resistant to chemicals, abrasion and immersion conditions. It is used industrially where there may be splash or spill from various chemicals and commercially in places like car washes, pool components, dock pilings, and garage floors. Like all aromatic polyurethanes, GemThane 'S' is not intended as an exterior topcoat where color and gloss retention are important. Mix 5% catalyst (three options available for differing cure times) into the GemThane 'S' resin and apply like paint. Solvent-dispersible; positive ventilation is required when applied indoors. Black and off-white are standard colors. Custom colors are available at a small extra cost.
