The "paint" itself is only 20% of the overall cost and, with regular paint, the re-imaging needs to be redone every three to four years due to fading, cracking, peeling, etc. With a chemically curing polymer coating – GemThane –, we can double your maintenance cycle, thus dramatically reducing the total costs (materials and labor) of re-imaging your store over its life cycle.

GemThane is a line of user-friendly, paint-like coatings for mission-critical maintenance. Many GemThane products are available in a wide range of vibrant colors for retail store owners/managers who want longevity, protection and low maintenance. Products for Industrial Buildings

A proprietary adhesion-enhancing compound which, when used on galvanized or carbon steel greatly increases the adhesion of Madison’s GemThane coatings. In many applications, GemBond can eliminate the need for elaborate surface preparation such as abrasive blasting.

A high-build, solvent dispersed self priming one coat UV stable aliphatic polyurethane topcoat use for all types of siding applications.

A UV stable, self priming liquid polymer designed specifically for the long term protection of wood, and similar substrates. It's now available in a user-friendly kit format that handles and applies very much like a high quality oil-based paint.

Excellent color and gloss retention and fade resistance combined with impact, abrasion and water resistance, makes this product a natural choice for critical, high visibility outdoor applications.

Is a metal filled polyurethane suitable for repairs on all galvanized areas where damage and corrosion are found. Easy to use Liquid Metal is also tolerant of less than ideally prepared substrates and may be left as a stand alone coating, or topcoated with one of several GemThane topcoats.

Every GemThane AquaTech product contains Madison’s MicroSpear™ permanent Anti Microbial additive, making each of them suitable for surfaces where ordinary paint won’t provide adequate protection.

Both Overcote and CottageCoat products mentioned above contain NanoShield ceramic nanospheres as a standard ingredient, yielding a phenomenal difference in protection against impact, abrasion and erosion. We’ve been using nano-technology since 1999 and it is just now being adopted by the auto industry to make exterior clear coats more chip and abrasion resistant.
